About the EIC Global Awards
Each year, the Events Industry Council celebrates and honours the exemplary achievements of professionals from across the business events industry through the EIC Global Awards.
We will come together to share our stories and recognize our leaders who are modeling the way for our sector offering lasting impact on our industry and our global society.
The 2025 recipients will be honoured and celebrated at the Global Awards Celebration on the evening of 12 October 2026.

Hall of Leaders
The Hall of Leaders recognises exceptional individuals in our industry who have transformed the global meetings, conventions, exhibitions and travel industry.
When writing your nomination, craft a story that includes examples and measurable results showing the person’s deep and lasting impact on our industry at a global scale.
Pacesetter Award
Recognizes emerging leaders with a proven track record of successful leadership and whose forward thinking and innovative approach led to groundbreaking changes (or actions) that are making an impact on advancing the industry today.
Whereas the Hall of Leaders recognition programme honours lifetime achievement, the Pacesetter Award celebrates emerging leaders and their recent accomplishments.
EIC Social Impact Award
The EIC Social Impact Award recognises extraordinary effort on the part of an individual and or organisation (an association, company, destination organisation, think tank, foundation) in the areas of people, planet, and prosperity aligned with UN SDGs Examples include work related to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the global events industry.
